Through this Website, we offer you the opportunity to place a pre-order for the Triangle 1 electric vehicle (the “Product”). By doing so, you are reserving a priority opportunity to purchase the Product once it becomes available, subject to final purchase terms and conditions.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Triangle. By accessing the Website, placing a pre-order, or using any services offered on the Website, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy).

You will then have the option to proceed with the purchase under the finalized purchase agreement and complete payment of the remaining balance. If you choose not to proceed, you may cancel your pre-order according to our Return and Refund Policy.
